Hi! I’m Tammy

Tammy is a Christian writer, speaker, educator, and life coach. She loves helping people–either coming alongside women as they walk through hard places or offering support and care to little ones as they learn and grow.

Her love for writing began when Tammy was eight years old, and she penned her first poem. Spurred on by its early publication in the Rural Montana magazine, Tammy dreamed of authoring books for many years.

Now an award-winning writer, Tammy has been featured in numerous publications including Crosswalk.com, AriseDaily.com, Refresh Magazine, and MOPS.

Her desire to inspire other women led Tammy to pursue certification as a life coach. She also holds a Master’s in Teaching, a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education, a certificate in the Foundations of Trauma, and recognition as a Certified Academic Language Therapist.

Having served in education for more than twenty years, Tammy continues to remediate students with dyslexia and finds special joy investing in children.

Tammy speaks at churches and conferences nationwide including mom’s groups and women’s retreats as well as secular organizations such as schools and community groups.

Tammy is married to her high school sweetheart, Dave, mother of two young adults and two teens, and proud dog-mom to Dandy, an eighty-pound lap puppy. In her free time, Tammy enjoys reading and sipping a warm mug of Earl Grey.
